After delays, JAXA hopes to launch HTV 7 to the ISS tomorrow, launching from
Tanegashima at 17:52:27 UT (Sep 22).

That yields this approximate TLE for the first revolution:

HTV 7
1 70000U 18999A 18265.75716745 -.00003687 11656-4 00000+0 0 07
2 70000 51.6290 253.5926 0093460 320.7265 226.2423 16.14241776 01

Limited visibility on the first revolution (NW Africa near the end of it, and
Eastern Australia just after the end of it).
