On Sep 10, JAXA will launch HTV-7 from Tanegashima to the ISS. The time of
launch has been announced as 22:32:32 UT.

Using HTV-6 as a proxy, that results in this estimated TLE for the 1st revolution:

HTV-7
1 70000U 18999A 18253.95166977 -.00003687 11656-4 00000+0 0 02
2 70000 51.6290 311.9774 0093460 320.7265 226.2423 16.14241776 01

There is limited visibility of the spacecraft from South America some 45 minutes
after launch.

Central Asia will get a visible pass near the end of the 1st orbit, 1h 25m after
launch.

(Eastern) Europe will get passes on the 2nd and 3rd orbit.
