SBSS Block 10 is scheduled for launch from VAFB on a Minotaur IV, on 2010 Sep 26, between 04:41 UTC and 04:55 UTC. I offer the following search elements, based on launch at the start of the window: SBSS 539 X 541 km 1 70950U 10269.23683545 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 08 2 70950 98.0000 130.4358 0001000 359.8686 0.2541 15.07800000 03 The orbit will be raised to 630 km, early in the mission. The spacecraft's bus is the Ball Aerospace BCP-2000. Observations by Russell Eberst of three other spacecraft built on that bus, revealed a standard visual magnitude of 7 (1000 km, 90 deg phase angle). I have not made an exhaustive check of visibility; there will be evening visibility near 35 S, and limited evening visibility above 50 N.
