Hi all,
I would like to submit an observation. I haven't really investigated this sat or how much it has been covered, but was anxious to get started after a long afternoon of figuring some things out. And after a lot of very kind help from Ted Molczan learning how ObsReduce works, I observed DMSP F18 2009-057A 35951. From 95.25W and 38.58N, using 7x50 binocs, I estimated the sat's magnitude at about 5.5.
35951 09 057A 0000 G 20100925013440000 17 15 2234272+433528 99 S
Am really looking forward to submitting more obs without all the additional info. Just wanted to sort of introduce myself this time. Thanks and a special "shout-out" to Ted for all his assistance.
