USA 215 was startingly bright during a very favorable pass as seen from my front yard under a full moon in 10x50 binoculars from Austin, TX. I would say magnitude 4, fading slightly over the next 30 seconds. The pass was 60 degrees elevation in the southeast, moving northeast to southwest at a range of about 750 miles.
