What these numbers mean: http://www.satobs.org/position/IODformat.html ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I might get more observations in this evening, or not (it is come-and-go with clouds): But I report this set on 96-072A so speedily because it was 13.3s early (confirming a report by Russell from yesterday, when it was 3.8s early) and 0.4 degrees off-track relative to a week old elset 10248.82329557. Did not have time to check whether Mike issued a later elset: but 13s on a week old elset (and 10s increase in just one day) seems a bit much to me. Manoeuvre??? 96-072A was fast and very bright, and flared to mag. -2 during the exposure. - Marco ----- Dr Marco Langbroek - SatTrackCam Leiden, the Netherlands. e-mail: sattrackcam@wanadoo.nl Cospar 4353 (Leiden): 52.15412 N, 4.49081 E (WGS84), +0 m ASL Cospar 4354 (De Wilck): 52.11685 N, 4.56016 E (WGS84), -2 m ASL SatTrackCam: http://home.wanadoo.nl/marco.langbroek/satcam.html Station (b)log: http://sattrackcam.blogspot.com ----- _______________________________________________ Seesat-l mailing list http://mailman.satobs.org/mailman/listinfo/seesat-l
