I might get more observations in this evening, or not (it is come-and-go with
    clouds):

But I report this set on 96-072A so speedily because it was 13.3s early
(confirming a report by Russell from yesterday, when it was 3.8s early) and 0.4
degrees off-track relative to a week old elset 10248.82329557.

Did not have time to check whether Mike issued a later elset: but 13s on a week
old elset (and 10s increase in just one day) seems a bit much to me. Manoeuvre???

96-072A was fast and very bright, and flared to mag. -2 during the exposure.
