    I estimate that a decaying satellite would have taken more than twenty seconds
    to traverse the reported path, so the reported duration of 6 s to 9 s suggests
    it was a meteor. USSTRATCOM lists two objects that decayed on Sep 20 UTC,
    neither of which could have been above the observer's horizon at the reported
    time.
