It appears likely that the object was very close to decay on a daylight pass at 0406 UTC. Unfortunately I was not able to attempt any observations at that time as I was at an indoor venue with no outside view. I have also not had an opportunity to check any news bulletins, and as it is getting late here that will have to wait but if anyone sees anything relevant a post would be appreciated.
