It might be a little late but I just heard that they have done an orbit maneuver and the Metop flare will probably be missed in Liverpool. For Glasgow I got a new time of 20:38:54 UTC (22-OCT-06) at North, 35 deg elevation. This seems to have been the last maneuver to get Metop on its operational orbit. From now on it should be easier to do any predictions.
