This explains why, I didn't see it, as I had aimed ahead of where 90023 would pass, and waited for it to pass though the other night. Didn't compensate enough. I also waited after it should have passed, for it, zip. So it's moving, I thought so. That's bad, means I only have 1 milstar to observe now:( The other is getting lower to the horizon, where it will most likely get blocked by the house soon.
