In my previous post, I mistakenly stated that USSTRATCOM issued an elset of the
Shenzhou 4 spacecraft in its insertion orbit:

The epoch and ascending node of this elset is well after the circularization
burn, so this is in fact an elset of the rocket body, cross-tagged as the
spacecraft. There are no elsets of Shenzhou 4 in its insertion orbit.
