ISS question / UARS flare

A couple of things:

1. What date & time did STS-92 dock with the ISS? I saw what
I thought was both of them at 19.11 - 13 GMT on the 13th of
October, but would like confirmation that this was the case.
2. 16th Oct: was watching what I think was UARS moving E at
19.09 GMT, when it flared to neg mag for a couple of seconds...
is this expected from this sat?
