Based on the following data and looking at the spacecraft at the site listed below, I am amending my analysis. I did NOT see the light reflected from the 250 m antennaes. They are very thin wire like and unlikely to reflect much light. My timings are consistent with an octogon of solar cells rotating at 0.5 rpm.
