2000-059B (#26555) Proton RB

There are no more decay messages from SPACECOM after the first, prepared 
October 2, 06:23 UTC.

With the last three ELSETs 00277.129..,  - 00277.250... MPM + REENTRY shows the
decay on          3 October, 06:49 UTC +/- 10 minutes (02.80°S, 51.16°E)
on a southbound day time pass over the Indian Ocean after crossing NE Africa.
