I was bored and decided to read the 7859 mail messages which have COSPAR IDs in them. I have augmented the list significantly compared to the one quoted by Andreas. However, I have some concerns about publishing it. Going back to Cees Bassa's "sattools" on GitHub, I notice that in the "data" directory that the most recent change as of today (9 November 2021) is that he deleted sites.txt back on 1 April 2020. Mr. Bassa, was there a reason you chose to remove the file?
