    Can't help on the time, but earlier someone (SkyWise?) opined that the event 
    was a aircraft contrail. My first reaction was "ridiculous!". But, after a

    I would have to agree. Once my mind got around the concept that the object 
    was "coming my way", it was obvious. I believe one can see the red/green 
    strobes at 0:42-0:48. Since the video stops shortly thereafter, I would 
    suspect that the videographer has produced a hoax, as further observation 
    would have removed any mystery.
