The explanation is very simple: The event was the decay
of 2002-050B (#27553)SOYUZ RB
SCC'FINAL REPORT predicted :
01 November, 03:41 UTC +/- 07 minutes  (38.0°, 26.00°)
ascending over the Mediterranian Sea near the coast of 
Turkey.
My final analysis showed the decay on
01 November, 03:40 UTC +/- 22 minutes a bit more south.

The decayer crossed onn the final part of its reentry trajectory around 03:42 UTC exactly the area between between Afyon and
Yayola. 
A more detailed analysis will follow.
