    Hello,

I have downloaded the latest TLE for the ISS. I estimate that the
STS-113 launch will take place on the morning (if you live on a
particular side of the world!) of November 11, between 2:00 and 2:30
a.m., EST (0600-0630 GMT). I know, I know, that's not very precise, but
it's better than NASA's 0400-0800 GMT launch "estimate". Another
assurance that I am correct in my estimate, is that the original launch
"window" was 0200-0600, but is now 0400-0800. It makes sense that this
was changed, because the orbit of the ISS has evolved to place the launch
of ISS-113 outside of the original "anti-terror launch window".

    In case anyone was interested.

    Jonathan
