2002-042E H-2A  DRTS Firing

SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Nov 03, 19:26 UTC - shows the
decay on
03 November, 18:58 UTC +/- 07 minutes (02.0°S, 158.0°E)
ascending over the Pacific.
My analysis remains unchanged:
03 November, 19:37 UTC +/- 33 minutes (19.92°N, 294.66°E)
descending over the Atlantic east of Puerto Rico.
An update could follows if SCC will release a "last" ELSET.
