    Hi All,

Updated TLE for #20066 based on 11/28 (UT) binocular observations:

    USA 39
    1 20066U 89046A 00334.46820000 .00000000 00000-0 +00000+0 0 03
    2 20066 5.5700 55.5000 0080000 225.1993 150.0035 1.00272000 05

Flashes are intermittently visible in binoculars or telescope between
5:00 and 5:30 UT each night from the southwest U.S. Some flashes
    may reach mid 6th magnitude.

    Cheers,
    Rob

P.S. Tried looking for Galaxy 7 last night for a little while, but
no luck. Will try again tonite if clear.
