Russell Eberst has recovered 95015A, and reported the first observations in 267
days. The following orbit is a good fit to his three points, observed between
2000 Nov 26 - 27:

Mean residuals are about 0.02 deg.

The rate of decay is a guess, based on the mean of the past 267 days. The
inclination and eccentricity were fixed, and are the same as those of the epoch
day 00065.05 elements.
