    The 95 66A observations are either another object, or an orbit change
    has occured since yesterday. An elset Mike provided which fitted nov 17
    sighting was 51 secs out today. Too tired to test out hypothesis.
    Even if weather favourable, geometry of passes tomorrow isnt.
