    When observed from the shadow side, even shiny spheres can be dark. So, *there
    is* a phase factor  <;3)~~~~.
    
    In fact, a smooth perfectly reflecting sphere (no diffusion) is a case where
    the phase factor can be theoretically calculated (but I have not yet do it -
    maybe during the next train-traval).
