This morning I was able to observe this decaying object for 299 seconds. I established a clear rotation period of 75 seconds based on several cycles. Observation was accomplished from my normal site in Clear Lake City, Texas with 150mm binocular at a range of 3700 km ( 2300 miles ) varying from 9.0 to about 11 magnitude. I truly did not expect to see it given prior attempts with other aux motors of this type. Thanks very much to those who offered to try to observe it.
