Using my 8" reflector at a power of x38 it was easy to pick up 97-68A (USA 136) not seen since September 20. At the last position it was mag +8.3 steady. The orbit below fits observations made since August 25. The fit was improved by a factor of 21/0.55 by allowing the eccentricity to vary linearly between August 25 and November 3. David.
