Notes:
The pegasus R/b, 25014, 6.5 steady and 2 secs late on:

23533- I ran all alldat search and found nothing to match, someone else
might do the same. If in fact it was DMSP B5D2-8 its running 1:45 late,
and approx. 1.5 degrees off track; what I observed was very parallel to
prediction, using:
DMSP B5D2-8
1 23533U 95015A 99211.05850368 .00000446 00000-0 26243-3 0 9560
2 23533 98.8576 216.3083 0008448 69.4893 290.7176 14.13068641224304

Cosmos 2265, #22875 observed naked eye moving very fast, not unlike a
decaying object. I first thought it an UnId but found it very close to
prediction.

BWGS: to come later
