1999-020B (#25683) Delta 2 R/B

The actual SpaceCom update - prepared May 30, 09.43 UTC - shows a decay at
                    May 30, 21:45 UTC +/- 07 hours (12.7°N, 250.7°E)
on a descending pass.
MPM gives with the last two ELSETs 99150.204... and 99150.327... a decay at
                    May 30, 21:44:45 UTC +/- 37 minutes (17.6°N, 252.0°E)
on the same pass over the Pacific after crossing the United States.
