I normally don't try identifying unids, but have found Mike McCants'
Findsat works very well. Got the following hits below searching 8000+ sats
in ALLDAT.TLE. JERS looks like the best candidate, the others appear to be
faint debris. Note: ERS-2 did not make the list.
