I observed LDEF a number of times after deploy and prior to its retrieval.
Also, I have it on video tape during the time the Shuttle was close to it in
orbit. [This video was also shown on ABC News during the retrieval mission.]
brightness variations like HST, for example. My video also does not show
anything out of the ordinary.
