Hi folks:

 Tonight just before the system bomb out due to running of out-of-HDD 
space.I noticed there is a bright sat trail with x1 bright flash.
The trajectory and timing matches SL-16 R/B1 99014B - there is one 
single entry in PPAS..

  My  question what object is this? And does it have mirror surface(s) 
or any one saw such flash before. ( or what i have seen happen to be a 
one-off reflection.. due to favorable sun-obj-observer angle?)
