COMETS orbit changes

Hi SeeSaters,
			Space News (Mar 9-15, page 2) is reporting that COMETS (98011A?) will
undergo a series of orbit changes will take place during the period
12-March to 31st May & will result in a 17,700km apogee (initial orbit
was 246 x 1902km). No other details of sequence, number & timing of
orbit change maneovres, although a previous Space News article indicated
that the solar panels would be folded up temporarily during the orbit
raising burns.
