Tentative ID for Eric Vondr

Hi All,

Eric Vondra was hoping to ID a high-altitude, flashing satellite that he
observed from 0610 UT to 0635 UT (presumably 24 Mar 1998), moving
from near zenith to the NNE.  Starting position about 2 deg ENE of
Eta UMa; final position approx RA 14h 25m Dec +55.

The only track that comes close that I've been able to find is Molniya =
3-27
(85117A, #16393).  It was on a parallel track during that time period, =
moving
at the proper speed, about 1 degree west of the above track.  --Rob
