    Looking over my observations (few) and misses, and the reports of others, it appears Elisa satellites (38007-10) are brighter west of the meridian. Anyone else notice this? If true, I wonder if this is a result of the way the one solar panel is oriented, as shown on:

    I've glimpsed a few of the other Myriade type payloads but only occasionally. Any ideas would be appreciated.
