Looking over my observations (few) and misses, and the reports of others, it appears Elisa satellites (38007-10) are brighter west of the meridian. Anyone else notice this? If true, I wonder if this is a result of the way the one solar panel is oriented, as shown on: http://space.skyrocket.de/doc_sdat/elisa.htm I've glimpsed a few of the other Myriade type payloads but only occasionally.
