I was reading this http://www.newscientist.com/blogs/onepercent/2012/06/gps-jammed.html But the cell tower's and other things don't tranmit the right signal, so that my gps time inserter would work. And if I move to a different area, I wouldn't know where I am, if I used there device from what I see, as it needs to know where it's first, in order to listen to the background signals.
