Kevin re-measured his second point, and sent me the result:
36608 10 031A 1775 G 20120701074133068 15 25 1835281-104188 37 S
It has very good residuals in the analysis, and now Kevin's first point also looks pretty good, so I included it, with
this result:
460 X 579 km
1 36608U 10031A 12184.29254412 .00002187 00000-0 10000-3 0 08
2 36608 141.7634 41.8378 0086477 187.1552 172.7973 15.16290682 09
Arc 20120701.32-0702.31 WRMS resid 0.022 totl 0.016 xtrk
All five observations are weighted 100%. Decay rate remains an estimate, due to the short arc.
Kevin wanted to revisit the reduction of his first point, but ran into technical problems. The original looks pretty
good, so I am confident of the above result, and have scrapped the result I posted earlier today.
