    Playing back the video, of last night's Intelsat 1R flare, a satellite gave a slow flash. It turned out to be globalstar 3 ( 25165 ).
    
    I see that they raised it's orbit, back in May. So it's no longer in service.
    
    Another flashing globalstar, for me to observe.
