I was aimed at the Anik E2 geo sat, when a bright leo passed by.
As I was tracking the bright leo, another leo sat passed it going in the other direction, and flashing nicely.
I ran a check, and the nice flashing one was Cosmos 1327 ( 12982 ).
Was observed flashing roughly every 2 seconds at 2:32:45 UTC ( July 4 )
But then it didn't flash as nice, a short time later, appearing steady in magnitude.
So not the nicest one, for flashing.
