With a sun angle of less than 10 deg i used my 10x50s to obs the USA 160 duo as went by. When USA 160 (C) #26907 01040C passed by Alioth in Ursa Major it brightened briefly, when USA 160 #26905 01040A followed along it too brightend as well near Alioth. As i continued to follow them at times they were barely visible in the twilight and at other times easily seen. I didn't get a timing but it seemed to be a set period rather than just random 'tumble' time. The sky was clear, no clouds in the area so i'm wondering if the USA 160 pair either have multi-faceted panels or if they maintain a parallel to the earth surface flight path? I've seen them numberous times but this is the first time i've seen them behave this way.
