1999-072A (#26040) Cosmos 2367

After correcting a bug and an input error I can confirm SPACECOM'S
FINAL REPORT and delivers now for the decay:

20 July, 00:03 UTC +/- 11 minutes (34.73°S, 209.53°E)
descending over the South Pacific.

This is 01 minute earlier as SPACECOM has predicted.
