In PPAS format
99-039 B 00-07-28 01:49:51.2 JDG  92.1 0.3  14  6.58  +2.5->inv

On June 1st (UTC) I timed the flash period of Okean-O Rk (25861, 99039B) at 
3.87 sec - compared to 0.5 seconds last summer.  Today it stands at 6.58 
seconds.   By next summer it will probably be about 20 seconds or so. Time 
for another Zenit launch.

Iridium 42 flared to at least the prediced -4 mag at 01:28:20 UTC, 28 July
