SpaceCom's  FINAL REPORT - prepared Jul 23, 13:07 UTC - has shifted their pre-
diction in the direction of my preceding forecast on
                23 July, 11:53 UTC +/- 15 minutes (38.4°S, 77.0°E)
on a northbound pass over the Indian Ocean.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00205.199... - 00205.383... the decay on
               23 July,  11:51 UTC +/- 11 minutes (38.70°S, 75.05°E)
on the same pass also over the Indian Ocean.
