I had a very good trak and lock on usa 129.  the posted 200 epoch tle had trak just under HD 135502 and I observed it pass just above that star (nearly a transit).  using az/el format 6.  skymap trak put it at that star at ~04:20:22 UTC, I observed it at 04:20:17.54.
