The last update from SpaceCom - prepared July 27, 19:43 UTC - predicts:
                July 28,  15:18 UTC +/- 12 hours (45.7°S, 190.5°E)
MPM shows with last the released ELSET - 99208.099... -  a decay at
                July 28,  14:58 UTC +/- 90 minutes (00.7°N, 139.7°E)
on a descending pass. We have now since nearly 18 hours no fresh ELSET !

1999-015C (#25685) SPUTNIK JR. 3
SpaceComs last update - prepared July 27 19:30 UTC - shows
                July 29,  19:53 UTC +/- 01 day  (09.9°N, 234.9°E)
MPM delivers with the last released ELSET - 99208.195... - a significant
earlier decay:  July 29,  12:57 UTC +/- 03 hours
