It appears that the OIG situation may not be affecting T.S. Kelso's
providing certain groups of elsets that may be of interest/use to
some/many visual satellite observers. Right now his elements page
says, "Next Scheduled Update: 1998 July 02." His elset files are
available via Web or FTP:

   http://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/index.html

   ftp://ftp.celestrak.com/pub/elements/

One of the files is visual.txt, which I believe is elsets for Jay
Respler's list of 100 or so (actually 142 today) brightest objects
(not including any classified ones):

   http://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/visual.txt

   ftp://ftp.celestrak.com/pub/elements/visual.txt

He also has an Iridium elsets file:

   http://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/iridium.txt

   ftp://ftp.celestrak.com/pub/elements/iridium.txt

Note that the Iridium file also contains the two "Dummy Mass" or
"MFS" objects (24925 and 24926).
