Jeff Hunt privately requested a Skysat NEAR flyby prediction, which I'm
posting here in case there is anyone else in the Washington D.C. metro
area interested.

1/23 06:30 UT (01:30 EST) 26   298  03h 55m  36:32  26557km 16533sm

This is a couple of degrees to the right of the mag 3.9 star Menkib
(epsilon Per).  Skysat predicts a non-glint magnitude of 12.

While on the subject of NEAR, at their website there is a Powerpoint 7.0
document said to contain the Earth Swingby plans.  The URL is:

Please, if someone has Powerpoint 7.0, could you download the file and
give us an idea of what is in it?

Unfortunately, the file is rather large (2576K).
