Going through the observations that are posted on the SeeSat mailing list, there are just over 2700 unique objects with at least 10 observations reported. This is using only IOD observations (of which there are 328000) and excluding objects with NORAD IDs larger than 46000. Hence some of the 96XXX and 99XXX objects that we track are not included. Also, some of the objects in this list will no longer be in orbit, so treat this as a rough estimate.
