Cosmos 2542 made another maneuver on the 31st and is now drifting back towards USA 245. Closest approach will be between Feb 7 and 10.

Have been going into some more detail on Twitter, but based on the most recent observations from Nico, it looks like USA 245 may have made a slight adjustment shortly after 2542 sync'd its orbit to drift away a bit. The latest Cosmos maneuver has put it back on a closing rate.
