    Kevin Fetter reported four positions of an object which I have identified as the Multiple Satellite Dispenser of the
    NOSS 1-7 launch (86014A / 16591). It was running ~37 s late relative 27 day old elements, due to the significantly
    reduced solar activity in the interim. 
    
    Here are approximate updated elements using Kevin's observations and those reported by Russell Eberst in January:
