This approximate search elset is derived from Greg Robert's observation on 2003
    Dec 28:

    USA 129 search 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.3 v
    1 73001U 03362.84351852 .00024493 00000-0 26721-3 0 07

Since there is some uncertainty in the mean motion, I recommend starting the
search early by 6 to 8 minutes per day since the epoch. On high elevation
passes, the track moves considerably in that time, so allowance must be made for
    Earth's rotation.

    Happy hunting!
