I have generated new search elements, with mean motion in the range between
14.84 rev/d and 14.72 rev/d.

They are listed in pairs, with the first predicting the earliest arrival; the
second predicting the latest arrival.

The overall earliest arrival is predicted by 71001; the latest by 70007.

If it remains in orbit, but outside this search range, then an unprecedented
manoeuvre has been made.
